Christmas is my very favorite time of the year. I love everything about it. Celebrating Jesus' birth, decorating, shopping, and all of the Christmas parties and activities. We took our annual family outing to see Santa at Phipps. On a very positive note, it was the first time in THREE years that I have a picture of just Santa and the kids without Mommy in Santa's lap too!! And NO TEARS!! This was a very big year for our family!! I thought we better enjoy it. Baby Joshua will probably be crying in the picture next year!!
After Santa, we always take a trip over to ride The Pink Pig. The kids loved it, even though we waited in line outside for 45 mintues. When we got off, Drew started crying to ride the "pink train" again. We told him he would have to wait until next year. And then, what kind of tradition would it be unless followed by a trip to The Varsity for dinner??!!
