To celebrate Drew's 4th birthday and Joshua's 1st birthday, we had a big party for both of them the weekend after we got back from Disneyworld. Drew had a Spiderman theme, and Joshua had an animal theme. We invited all of their cousins, friends, and family over to celebrate. We had a big jumpie in the backyard and beautiful weather!
Drew was so excited to have all of his friends over to celebrate. We made superhero capes for all of them, which was a big hit! Drew loved playing with all of his friends.
The boys had a great time jumping around and playing on the swings before singing Happy Birthday to the birthday boy. We had a special Ms. Vivian Spiderman cake that was SO good!
Drew got some awesome presents and was very excited. He got racecars, monster trucks, superhero stuff, and a Nintendo DS!
Joshua had a great time celebrating too! Some of his baby friends from Ms. Carol's house even got to come over and play with us! He loved crawling around, but his very favorite part of the party was...
EATING HIS FIRST CAKE!!
I have never seen a one year old actually pick up the cake and eat the WHOLE thing! There was not a drop left when he was finished!
After the party was over, we helped Joshua open his presents. He got all kinds of neat stuff. His very favorite things were his blue car, which he still loves to ride in, and his new rocking chair from Grammie and Granddaddy!
What a fun party for the boys. We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends and families!!
