What an incredible Thanksgiving week! We boarded the ship on Sunday and the kids were so excited to take everything in. The ship was amazing! We went to the top deck for the Bon Voyage party and the kids were so very excited! We watched as the ship left port and then took in a little bit of putt putt as we pulled out.
Fun Goofy putt putt...
I cannot even describe how excited these sweet cousins were to be on the ocean. We had adjoining rooms with Ray and Trey, so the kids absolutely LOVED that! And we had an awesome room! Each kid had their own bed and the top bunk even had Peter Pan and Wendy in the stars!!
Next, it was off to swim! The kids could hardly wait for the luggage to get there so they could put on their bathing suits! Note to self...next cruise, pack bathing suits in carry on luggage! The kids thought it was SO COOL that they got to swim in November! Joshua LOVED the Nemo area where he could run around and play in the water with little ones his own size!
The big kids could hardly wait to do the Mickey slide. A very big hit of the cruise! They also loved the Aqua Duck, but we did not get to try that out until the next day...
The pool had a huge movie screen where they played movies all day while the kids swam. This was absolute heaven for my kids. Two of their very favorite things to do...watch TV and swim!!
The next morning, Anna Caitlin and Raylie were super excited to meet all of the princesses! Anna Caitlin's very favorite, Ariel, was there too! They waited in line very patiently until it was their turn...
We even managed to convince the boys to pose with a couple of them...
One of the best parts of being on the ship was finding characters just walking around and suprising you around the corner. Look who we ran into walking up the steps...
That afternoon, the kids decided to try out the Oceaneer's Club and we got to have some grown up time. Drew won the Mario Kart Wii contest (suprise, suprise!) and Anna Caitlin and Raylie got to play games with Peter Pan. Meanwhile, we got to go to the adult pool for a little bit of quiet and relaxing fun!!
We spent the whole day on the ship just having fun and spending time with the family. What great memories for my babies!!
Fun with the cousins...
Playing with daddy...
